I’ve had some awful experiences at dental offices. Especially from the places that accept Medicaid. The dental group of mentor recently started accepting Medicaid and it was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had. The hygienist was super friendly and listened to all my concerns. She was as gentle as she could be, understanding, and empathetic which is very hard to come by lately. The dentist was really nice as well. I didn’t need any work done, for now. He also wasn’t pushy about fixing a gap in my filling that would just be for my own preference not problematic. 10/10 recommend

She had me laughing the entire appointment and somehow even knew exactly what I was trying to say with my mouth full of tools (which is truly a talent!). She even made X-rays, which I normally hate, unbelievably fast and easy. I honestly couldn’t believe when she said we were already done. Her warmth, efficiency, and clear care for her patients instantly put me at ease. She made what’s usually something I dread feel comfortable, easy, and even enjoyable. Julee is an absolute gem and truly cares about the people she’s treating. She deserves to be recognized. Thank you for such amazing care, I’m actually looking forward to my next six-month visit!
